Small Spark -- Friendly IT Training

Tailored Training

Because we provide tailored I.T. software training, whatever your current skills or goals, you will find our training:

  • Relevant
Don’t learn the package, learn what you need!
  • Empowering
Enables you to achieve your goals. Boosts your confidence.
  • Flexible
An hour or two at a time. Time to practice in between sessions.
  • Hands-on
    You learn best by doing!
  • Jargon-free
Only learn the technical words you need!
  • On-site
Learn on your computer, in your office, home or school.

We train businesses, individuals of all ages and charities alike.

Our training is tailored to your needs, so we take the time to listen to what you want and to understand what you want to achieve.

We love training beginners, intermediate and advanced users alike on the programmes they use the most. Most people learn to use computers 'organically' rather than formally, so you may well be a beginner in one area and a wizard in another!

Whatever your level of expertise, we are here to help you discover your strengths and improve your skills.

Mozilla Thunderbird

You can insert special characters (like the è in Agnès) when composing a message in html by going to the Insert menu, choosing Characters and symbols....

You then need to select a category (e.g.: Accent lower case) then the letter (e)and the symbol you want (è) and then click Insert.

Please note that the Insert Character window remains open, which is very handy when writing a message in a foreign language! To close it, just click on the Close button.
